Here at Team Beyond, we specialise in competition prep, physique transformations and education with a focus on health, mental well-being and long-term success for every client.
 

We don’t believe in short-cuts, magic pills or 'quick-fixes', instead we prioritise each individual client, to ensure they achieve their short-term goals, whilst making changes that will last a lifetime.

We know what it takes, we’ve both been through our own physical and mental transformations, and worked with hundreds of individuals over the last 8+ years, learning the methods and systems that work, and those that don’t.

About Lauren


Lauren Killey has been competing for  10 years in almost 20 fitness and bodybuilding competitions. She began her coaching journey working for the industry-leading Clean Health Fitness Institute, coaching clients with a multitude of goals; from fat-loss and body recomposition, PCOS and gut health, strength and performance-focused clients and photo-shoot and competition prep athletes.

 

In her two years as a coach at Clean Health, Lauren quickly progressed to Master Coach level, achieved two Pro Status wins with clients in the WBFF, coached clients to Top 5 and 10 placing in WBFF, ICN and IFBB line-ups and has achieved industry-leading body transformation results, with a focus on health and longevity.

Since then her and partner Jack have started their own Business - Beyond Fit - where she has continued to coach hundreds of clients and many more Pro and athlete wins, podium finishes and top placings, life-changing transformations and has mentored coaches in the industry to level-up their own skills and knowledge - particularly around Comp Prep for Females.

 

With a background in teaching, Lauren focuses on educating her clients, as well as helping them achieve their goals and becoming empowered to reach their ultimate potential. Lauren specialises in long-term programming,  body transformations, nutrition and mentality coaching with her clients, along with building champion athletes with health and longevity in competing, in mind.

Jack works alongside Lauren to coach the Beyond Fit team. He is the 'Ying' to Lauren's 'Yang'; his strengths are both in the biomechanics of training as well as athlete psychology and motivation.


Jack began coaching Lauren to help in her rehabilitation, teaching her how to optimise her performance and results with proper movement, activation and a deeper understanding of the way the body and muscles function. 

​

Due to his own experience of a back injury in his younger years, Jack focuses on ensuring every client he works with is using a training approach set-up for longevity, ensuring clients build a solid foundation and an understanding of the basics, to avoid injury and maximise performance and results.

​

Jack's strength as a coach not only comes from his understanding of bio-mechanics but also his ability to zone in on an individual's true motivation due to his formal education in Psychology and experience working with teams professionally in a marketing background. With this, he is able to understand and support our athletes in the way that each individual needs, as well as improving their understanding of their internal motivations & saboteurs. This ensures our athletes move past any self-imposed obstacles on their route to success.
